Your online purchase may be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund within 120 days from the date you place your order.
All items must be returned in their original condition. The items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered. If your returned items do not meet our return conditions, the items will be sent back to you.
Please note that for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Reusable and Disposable Face Masks.
You are welcome to return your items for exchange. Since our suits and shirts are made to order, your exchange items will also be made to order. After we have received your returned items, we will initiate your exchange order. Please note that your exchange will incur the same processing timeframe as your original order. If you are exchanging for an item of higher value, additional charges will apply.
Credit notes will be sent to the email address provided on your order and are valid for 3 years,
Please note that we do not provide refunds for any shipping costs.
Items may be returned provided that the return conditions are met.
Whether you are an Australian or international customer, to return your items to our online store, please follow the below instructions:
1. Download and fill out the RETURNS FORM. Clearly note your name, order number and the items you wish to return for exchange, credit note or refund.
2. Pack up the items you wish to return into appropriate packaging. Please take care when packing your garments as it is your responsibility to ensure these items are returned in a resalable condition.
3. Ship your return through registered post back to our online store at:

4. Once we have received your return, our team will review your returns form and process your request as quickly as possible.
We recommend that you return your items through registered post and that you keep your receipt and tracking number until your return has been fully processed. Rhodes & Beckett are not liable for items lost or damages when being returned by post.
We aim to process all returns sent to our online store within 8-15 business days once it has been received. As soon as your return has been processed you will be updated on your exchange, credit note or refund via email. If you have requested a refund, please allow a further 3-5 business days for the amount to appear back in your account.
